Whether it is your first marathon and you have doubt that you can do it or whether you are a seasoned runner feeling the stress of needing to perform under pressure, I can help you. I know how the body works, I know how running works and I know how the brain works. And that is why my marathon in my 40s is better than my marathon in my 20s-even with a busy physical therapy practice and 4 kids at home.
