Running a marathon is a HUGE challenge and tests both your body and your mind. I know because I’ve been there. Training for a marathon has its trials. You have to decide how to train, how much to train and how to avoid injuries. And that is just the physical side of training! You also have to work on your mental game. How to keep motivated (and not quit!) how to be confident and how to mentally push through the discomfort of feeling tired. Some of you might also be experiencing the stress of having to perform under pressure.
